    Great harness and great price, I'm writing this review to help someone find a great harness and doesn't want to spend over $80 for a harness (harness that holds the car chimes)Tip during installation, since the Malibu classic doesn't provide a +12V ignition/accessory cable in the factory harness an extra red wire is provided so you can go to the fuse box and tap into it. Well, i found it more convenient to tap straight into the ignition harness, I use the accessory wire of the ignition wires(brown color). I connected my aftermarket radio illumination wire (orange white line) to the solid orange color of this harness.     wiring harness Chevy Silverado

    Got this harness so I wouldn't have to hard wire a new stereo into my truck.     Don't be taken

    Last year the fuel oil furnace started running funny. Kicking on for about a minute, not blowing out any heat then shutting off. (Sucks in November) Did some research and was about 99% sure this and the accessories is what I needed to fix it. Just to be sure, I called the furnace people out to do the yearly clean and check and sure enough this is what I needed. He went to his truck and got the prices. A.K.A. the Christmas party money quote and said it was going to be around $500. Me: O.K. Thanks for coming out. Him: Don't you want me to fix it? Me: Uh, no. Seriously, I am handy at nothing. Just ask my dad. Bought this, the wiring and some other little part, put it in and it worked.     Do It Yourself and save $$$

    I had the exact same experience as Jeff Haines' review. I also am NOT a fixit guy. Jeff's review, plus the fact that my quote was $700, prompted me to at least try fixing it. I mean, it's half broken, then making it completely broken won't matter as much.In addition to the $700 quote, the technician did note that my furnace was extremely old (it is) - and that fixing this one thing doesn't guarantee something won't break later. I admit - I think the furnace is older than I am...However, my technician was also telling me that it shouldn't be kicking on and off - this was before I found out it was an intermittent control. So there was no way I letting this guy near my oil furnace again.The main thing with my furnace is that it ran fine except when the temperature dropped below feezing. Then it would trip, I would get up, reset it, and anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour later, it would trip again.     key switch should have had a key but did not!

    the key swith works perfectly. HOWEVER i paid for a key and it DID NOT come with a key. Luckily i went to the local hardware store and the salesman gave me a generic key that fit perfectly. I was very worried. The switch fit perfectly and works great. The key would have been a huge issue. I was very upset that I waited a week for a switch with NO KEY. When you sell something that costs more because it has a KEY with it. Please make sure you include the KEY in the future! That being said, I'm giving a good rating.     Perfect replacement

    I have a craftsman LT1000 and I didn't really need a new ignition but I was replacing several other parts, so I thought - why not? This piece is an exact match for fit and function. The wiring harness plug from the back of the old ignition plugged straight up to this one without any issues. I started up the mower no problem with this new ignition installed. I took off one star because I thought I'd read that it came with a rubber coated key and a bare metal key, but all I got was the bare metal one.
